🏆 Shoutout to our WPMS Wrestling Team! 🤼♂️💪
WPMS wrestling is off to a good start! They competed in their first match of the season last week in a Dual against Canon City! We had some big wins and some tough losses, but most importantly, our athletes showed incredible grit, determination, and sportsmanship. 👏🔥
🤼♂️ In their tournament last week in Buena Vista the following Panthers had 1st place wins: Garrett Hall, Brady Stewart, Milo Keldsen, Kenadi Pitts, Zayden Davis, and Elijah Green!

Today, we had a blast welcoming 6th graders from Columbine and Summit Elementaries to our campus! Middle and high school Student Council members gave them the grand tour, showing off everything our school has to offer—band, STEAM, art, choir, woodshop, Spanish, PE, and more! They even got to test out instruments, visit classrooms, and see our amazing library.
The day wrapped up with lunch and special performances from our middle school band and choirs—what a way to experience life at our school! We’re already excited to welcome the Class of 2031 next year! 🎶🎨📚

She spoke on the influences for creating her characters, how book covers are chosen, the process of writing and writer's block, and encouraged our budding writers. ✍️ Thank you Mrs. Rottman and Mrs. Geist for such a great opportunity! 🌟
