We’re excited to announce the launch of the Panther Café, a brand-new, student-run restaurant led by our talented ProStart student chefs! On select Tuesdays, the Panther Café will serve freshly prepared meals to the community—giving students real-world culinary experience while offering delicious food to enjoy.
How it works:
Service Days: Select Tuesdays (see dates below)
Time: 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m. (some dates are different times, see the schedule below)
Location: Gateway Building
Options: Take-out or dine-in
Cost: $15 per meal
Payment: Pay onsite with cash or card
Menus: Change weekly
To ensure our students prepare the right amount of food, preorders are required.
Preorders are accepted from Thursday through noon on Monday prior to each service day.

Parking & Entry:
Please park in the lot between the Gateway Building and the Aquatic Center and follow the posted signs for entry.
All proceeds from the Panther Café go directly back into the ProStart program, supporting student learning, ingredients, and future opportunities. Come support our student chefs and enjoy a great meal—we can’t wait to serve you! 🍽️🐾
