Meets Mondays from 3:50-4:30 in the Project Alive classroom Chess Club is a great opportunity for all Gateway students to enjoy, play or learn the classic game of chess. The club meets on most Mondays directly after school for 45 minutes. All levels of experience are welcome from beginner to advanced. Feel free to join your child for some brain stimulating action. Parents must sign a permission slip for students to participate. Kindergarten and first graders need to bring a parent

After School Sports Attention all third, fourth, and fifth graders! A new After School Sports session will be held September 8, 10, 15, 17, & 19. The session will be "Physical Education Games." It will run from 3:50-4:50 p.m. in the gym. The cost is $15.00 per student.
After School Sports are great for developing skills, promoting a physically active lifestyle and a chance to meet new friends. |
