About Us |

The School to Work Alliance Program (commonly referred to as SWAP) is a collaborative effort between Ute Pass BOCES (which encompasses Woodland Park, Manitou Springs and Cripple Creek-Victor School Districts) and the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. We are supported by the Colorado Department of Education and work closely with schools to assist youth in a successful transition from school to the world of work. We assist young adults with finding meaningful, competitive and career-path oriented employment opportunities in their community.
