   Good snowy morning to all!

~ On behalf of all of us, I am extending warm congratulations to the Columbine choir under the directorship of Mrs. Meyer.  Together, they delivered a beautiful performance at the District’s Concert.

~ Our Inaugural Monthly Family Dinner was a success!  The adults had a good time visiting, and the children were welcomed to team-building and conflict – resolution activities. Thank you to all the parents who contributed to the dinner! We look forward to the next month!  Come one come all!

  We are reading up a storm!  $9, 252.00 was our balance as of Friday, and we keep counting.  Thank you to every single person who contributed to our success!  Go Columbine!

Columbine Choir performs at the Sky Sox on April 14. Please see attached invitation  and make sure to take care of it and return to the office by April 6.   Everyone is invited to this annual family event!

A few Yearbook Reminders:
1) If you have not yet purchased your yearbook,ORDER BY APRIL 1! $18 for 1 Yearbook. $15 for each additional copy. Please send a  check (made out to Columbine) or cash in an envelope (with Student’s Name, Grade, Teacher) to the office to be put in the Yearbook box!

2) Do you have a 5th Grader? 5th Grade Dedications are Due, BY FRIDAY, MARCH 30. This is a special message put in the yearbook for your 5th grade student — words of encouragement, memories and love! We are looking for a message containing 20-25 words (NO MORE than 25) – including your families name. Please email your message ASAP ** Note: even if you don’t purchase a yearbook, please send in a dedication for your student. This means so much to them! ANY DEDICATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER 3/30 WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED.

3) We are needing your pictures! Have you taken pictures to classroom activities, master classes or field trips? We need them NOW! Please email them

JV Baseball Home game against Mitchell has been postponed due to weather.



Students! We have rescheduled the visit for the UCCS representative!! She will be here on Friday, April 5, the week right after spring break! Come by counseling to sign up with Mrs. Rucker.


School and Community News

Wednesday, March 21 is World Down Syndrome Awareness Day!

Please wear your mismatched socks to celebrate this awesome day!!


Students, please check the lost and found table in the Commons.  The table is overflowing once again.


The Forensic Team competed at State this past Friday and Saturday.  Please congratulate: Isaac Heidekrueger who placed 11th in Humorous Interpretation, Mikayla Cavanaugh who placed 8th in Dramatic Interpretation, and Cheyenne Brown who placed 2nd in Informative Speaking.



Thank you to all of you that utilized the Panther Library last week! We logged over 190 visits! This week’s “Panther Patron of the Week” is Cassius Brown. Congratulations Cassius, please stop by the library before or after school this week to select your prize!
